According to the Korea Economic Daily, Samsung has already recorded 9 million pre-orders for its Galaxy S III, from more than one hundred operators.
Expected from the end of the month in Europe (beginning in June in France), the Galaxy S III promises to be a hit. The Korea Economic Daily (via Reuters ) reports about an unnamed source at Samsung that 9 million pre-orders have already been registered with more than one hundred operators worldwide. The factories of the Korean group would turn to their maximum capacity of 5 million units per month.
By comparison, last year at the same time, the Galaxy S II had registered 3 million pre-orders .The S III seems on track to do better than its predecessor which has sold 20 million phones in 10 months.
